How do I join the rewards program?
Joining is easy and free. Individual shoppers can opt-in on our website during checkout to unlock discounted rewards pricing. You may also enroll in rewards at any Friar Tux showroom with assistance from one of our Stylists, or by contacting our Customer Care team.
Can I opt out of rewards emails or text messages?
Yes. You may click the “unsubscribe” link in any of our promotional emails or reply STOP to any text message you receive from us.
Do I have to be a rewards member to receive a discount?
Rewards enrollment is required for most discounts. However, some promotions, such as those available through Preferred Vendor Partners, do not require rewards enrollment.
I’m organizing an event (e.g. wedding or quinceañera); will my party members need to become rewards members to receive my group discount?
In most cases, yes. Some seasonal promotions or promotions being offered by preferred partners may not require them.
Do I get a rewards number?
Your email address is used to identify your rewards account.
Are there any product exclusions?
Rewards members are eligible for different seasonal, periodic, or partner promotions, each of which may have its own product restrictions. If so, when viewed on our website these products will not show a rewards member discount. If shopping in-store, one of our Stylists will be happy to discuss the details of any active promotions, including product exclusions.
Is there anything else I should know?
Yes. Friar Tux may update, enhance, or modify the rewards program without notice as we continue to grow and improve the experience.
